Once you accept the proposal, we’ll schedule a deep-dive strategy session. During this two-hour meeting, I’ll access your systems, we’ll lay out goals, review current systems, and create a roadmap for moving forward.

After our call, I’ll send over a systems audit and a forecast for the next 30 days. This will include the things I think we should work on as top priority. Once you review and propose changes if needed, I’ll get to work. Each month, you’ll receive an operations report of all the things we accomplished in the previous month and a forecast of the things to be worked on for the next 30 days.
